  JSC “Experimental Plant of Metal Structures” holds a regular meeting of shareholders at the address: Minsk, Pushkin Ave., 68, meeting room.

  1.On the results of the financial and economic activities of the Company in 2017 and the main lines of activity for 2018.
  2.Report of the Supervisory Board on the work done for 2017.
  3.Report on the results of the audit of the financial and economic activities of the Company by the Audit Commission for 2017.
  4.Approval of the annual report, balance sheet and profit and loss statement of the Company for 2017.
  5.Approval of the distribution of profits remaining at the disposal of the Company for 2017. On payment of dividends for 2017.
  6.Approval of the profit distribution plan remaining at the disposal of the Company for 2017. Periodicity of payment of dividends for 2017.
  7.Election of members of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Commission.
  8.On introducing changes to the Charter of the Company.
