    OJSC “Experimental Plant of Metal Structures” shall hold the annual general meeting of shareholders at the address of the company’s location: Minsk, Pushkin Ave., 68. Date of the meeting – March 28, 2025, beginning at 16:00. Format – in person. Form of voting on agenda items – by ballots.
    Agenda:

    1. On the results of the financial and economic activities of the Company for 2024 and the main areas of activity for 2025;
    2. Report on the work of the Supervisory Board of the Company in 2024. Evaluation of the activities of the management organization by the Supervisory Board.
    3. Report of the audit commission on the results of the audit of the financial and economic activities of the Company for 2024.
    4. Consideration of the auditor’s report and approval of the annual report, annual accounting (financial) statements of the Company.
    5. Approval of the procedure for distributing net profit for 2024 and the first quarter of 2025 and paying dividends for 2024.
    6. Approval of the plan for distributing net profit in 2025 and the first quarter of 2026.
    7. Election of members of the supervisory board.
    8. Election of members of the audit commission.
    9. On the amount of remuneration for members of the supervisory board and the audit commission.
      The time for registering meeting participants is on the day of the meeting from 15:00 to 16:00 at the place where it is held upon presentation of documents confirming their right to participate in the meeting. Persons who have not registered are not entitled to take part in the voting.
      The time and place for familiarization of persons entitled to participate in the meeting with the materials prepared for the meeting is on working days (Monday-Thursday) from 10:00 to 12:00 from 07.03.2025 to 28.03.2025 at the address: Minsk, Pushkin Ave., 68, reception (tel. 276-22-33).
