\u00a0 \u00a0 JSC «Experimental plant of metal structures» is one of the oldest enterprises of the Republic of Belarus, which produces a wide range of metal structures for construction and industry.
\nToday, the priorities of our company, founded on March 1, 1963, are orientation to work both inside the country and outside the republic.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 For more than half a century the plant has grown into one of the largest plants in Belarus for the production of metal structures for various purposes. At present, the enterprise is a manufacturer of building metal structures for industrial and civil facilities, various welded structures for machine tool and machine building, towers and masts of communication networks, telemachines, building formwork and metal forms.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 The plant was organized for the needs of the Ministry of Construction in structures BSSR. At present, the Open Joint-Stock Company «Experimental Plant of Metal Structures» is in charge of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus.<\/p>\n

For more than 50 years, the plant has grown into one of the largest plants in the Republic of Belarus for the production of metal structures for various purposes. At present, the plant is a manufacturer of building metal structures for industrial and civil facilities, various welded structures for machine tool and machine building, towers and masts of communication networks, telemachines, building formwork and metal forms.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 In the history of the plant — taking part in the construction of all major industrial enterprises in almost all cities of the country. Minsk Automobile Plant, Minsk Tractor Plant, Minsk Refrigerator Plant, Minsk 2 Airport, railway station, Republic Palace, National Library, Center NGO, Toyota trade and exhibition center, Expobel shopping malls, , «Crown», «Maximus», «Palace», «Euroopt» in Minsk, a motor plant in Stolbtsy, the Belarusian potash plant in the city of Soligorsk, PO Azot and a glassworks in Grodno, the Belorussian car factory in Zhodino, a summer amphitheater in Vitebsk, the Belarusian tire plant in Bobruisk, not tepererabatyvayuschy plant in Mozyr, ON «Granite» in the town Mikashevichi, television masts 167 m high in Mstislav and altitude of 220 m in the village. \u00a0 \u00a0 In different years, the factory manufactured welded metal structures for a number of machine-building enterprises of the republic. Among them are welded frames for the Minsk plant of the October Revolution, various units for the manufacture of the loaders of the Amkodor concern, trailer frames for the Minsk Automobile Plant, platforms with a capacity of 16.5 cubic meters. Off road dump truck and a special crane chassis frame for truck cranes with load capacities of 25, 32, 50 and 70 tons for the Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant. For more than 10 years, all welded metal structures and replacement equipment for the production of the universal excavator JV «Svyatovit» have been manufactured.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 The plant is located in the country and the center of Europe, at the crossroads of major highways.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 The plant has a modern production and technological base: technically equipped buildings, closed and open warehouses, a railway branch line, own heavy trucks.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 The total area of \u200b\u200bthe enterprise is 7.3 hectares, and the production area is 26748 square meters.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 The width of the spans of industrial buildings is 24 m, the height is 8.6 m. The production shops are equipped with overhead cranes of 5 and 10 tons capacity, metal storage with gantry cranes of 18 and 25 tons capacity.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 Much attention is paid to the quality of the plant products. The conducted measures allowed to carry out certification of the quality management system and to obtain a certificate of compliance with the system of international standards ISO 9001:2000<\/a>.<\/p>\n
