1. The Company’s financial and economic performance results for 2025 and its key activity areas for 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Report on the work of the Company’s supervisory board in 2025. Assessment of the management organization’s performance by the supervisory board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Report of the audit commission on the results of the audit of the Company’s financial and economic activities for 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Review of the auditor’s report and approval of the annual report and annual financial statements of the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. Approval of the procedure for distributing net profit for 2025 and the first quarter of 2026 and paying dividends for 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6. Approval of the net profit distribution plan for 2026 and the first quarter of 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7. Election of members of the supervisory board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
8. Election of members of the audit commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
9. On the amount of remuneration for members of the supervisory board and the audit commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
10. On establishing the amount of the bonus for the management company, Art of Management LLC, based on the results of 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meeting participants may register on the day of the meeting from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the location of the meeting upon presentation of documents confirming their right to participate in the meeting. Unregistered persons are not entitled to vote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
