    “OJSC “Experimental Plant of Metal Structures” and OJSC “SPETSREMONT” hold extraordinary meetings of shareholders jointly at the location of OJSC “Experimental Plant of Metal Structures”: Minsk, Pushkin Ave., 68, office. 66 (3rd floor). The date of the meeting is March 28, 2024, starting at 10.00 am. The format of the meeting is in person. The form of voting on agenda items is by ballot.
    Agenda:

    1. On approval of the transfer deed.
    2. On increasing the authorized capital of JSC Pilot Plant of Metal Structures.
    3. On approval of the procedure for the distribution of additionally issued shares among the shareholders of the acquired company.
    4. On introducing amendments and additions to the Charter of OJSC “Pilot Plant of Metal Structures”.
      The registration time for meeting participants is on the day of the meeting from 09.00 to 10:00 at the place where it is held upon presentation of documents confirming their right to participate in the meeting. Persons who are not registered are not entitled to take part in voting.
      The time and place of familiarization of persons entitled to participate in the meeting with materials prepared for the meeting is March 27, 2024 from 9.00 to 16.00 at the address: Minsk, Pushkin Ave., 68, office. reception (3rd floor).”
